Our Story
Catherine and Shelbi connected many years ago over their passion for craniosacral therapy, and as colleagues they shared advice, knowledge, and the magic of this work. It was Shelbi who first found and introduced Catherine to Prune Harris. Shelbi was fortunate to be at Prune’s book launch for Your Radiant Soul and brought a copy home for Catherine, then they both traveled back to London later that year and took an in person program with Prune, which inspired a potent experience of possibilities not only to help clients but also to resource themselves as therapists.
Elementals LLC was created to bring the magical radiance of Prune’s teachings of hope and resilience to Annapolis. Catherine and Shelbi are so excited for all that is to come on this new adventure!
